President's Message:

 

Hello to all members of the Professional Porcelain Artists Association.  As you know I have been the Director of the New York Seminar for these past 11 years and because of this I do see and feel that there is a serious need for updating the operational procedures of this organization.

 

Acting as a School Director has made me aware that PPAA is a one of a kind organization and we should make the effort to maintain its continuance not only for the sake of our Art but also because it is the only Chinapainting Teachers Organization of its kind in this country.

I want to update the forms, read through the by-laws and bring them into the current time,  possibly to adjust some of the membership rules also.  If any of you are willing to take on a job, please contact me at:  dorisackilli@aol.com anytime.

 

Please make sure that Barbara O'Reilly has your current contact information so that we can put together a New Directory.  You can do this when you pay your dues at the beginning of 2010.  Dues, at this time, are $35.00 to be made payable to PPAA.

Soon I will be mailing a questionnaire to everyone to find out exactly what you feel should be done to make PPAA the prestigious organization that it was orginally meant to be.
